Currently, TriniApt.com does NOT visit or directly communicate with landlords or real estate agents to verify apartments and/or properties listed on our website.
Please do cautious research before visiting an available property. NEVER go alone.
Currently, there are no plans for additional fees on TriniApt.com
There’s NO limit to listing on TriniApt.com.
This applies to regular property owners as well as agents and agencies.
Unfortunately, we don’t provide listing options for properties outside of Trinidad & Tobago.
On-site: Messages can be found in your Dashboard – Inbox.
Off-site: Message notifications will be sent to the email you provided.
TriniApt.com is considered a “Web App” which is designed to function and work on most modern mobile internet browsers (as well as desktop) across many devices as a universal “app”. Therefore, no separate App was necessary.
TriniApt is a part of TriniPixel.com, which is 100% locally created, operated & owned.
WARNING: Deleting your own account permanently deletes your account, listing(s) and data. This action is irreversible.
You can delete your account from your Dashboard. Go to Dashboard > My Profile, click the “Delete Profile” button. Your account will be deleted once you confirm.
